From its founding in 1991, Liz has built Kaplow into a world-class agency through her hands-on leadership, devotion to clients and long-standing influencer relationships. Her client list reads like a “who’s who” of top consumer brands — including Target, Microsoft, Shiseido, CVS and the Avon Foundation — who have been clients for a decade or longer. Under her leadership, the agency has earned many honors, from the Holmes Report’s prestigious Consumer Agency of the Year Award to a recurring top spot on New York Observer’s PR Power List. In addition, the agency culture she created and her focus on staff development earned Kaplow a place on the Holmes Report’s “Best Places to Work” agency list.
A passionate advocate for the advancement of women, Liz has mentored many prominent young professionals. As President of New York Women in Communications (2013-2014), she led the organization to a new level of success by focusing on helping women advance at all stages of their careers. She continues to serve on the NYWIC Board and was co-chair of the 2015 WiCi Awards.
